I have an old Basic Camera App, it just zoomed the picture, I has old Android rules (SDK 22), and I need it upgraded to SDK 29 and fully working. App was developed in JAVA, however it has some codes in C, but is not a big deal. CURRENT data: compileSdkVersion 22 buildToolsVersion '25.0.0' targetSdkVersion 22 ':gradle:3.0.0-alpha5' I need it as i said, API 29 working. I tried some time ago, however If Since its a CAMERA app, if I updated the API higher than 22, the camera wasnt working. Budget is low is tight, but I look for someone with experience who can complete this.

I currently have a web app that is based on SQL Server and a Telerik grid. I am not happy with the performace of the app when it comes to working with a large table (>2 million recs). Alpha5 is a database program with a very good web interface component. I have tested it and it seems to work well with my large table example. I am looking for a programmer who is very good with ASP and Telerik who can help me evaluate Alpha5 and either fix the current web app or port the app to Alpha5.
