The challenges are: 1) Customizing the site's appearance. 2) Embedding the live video feature of Google Hangouts in some pages 3) Embedding HipChat in some of the pages 4) Embedding an event calender (I saw there are many plugins for that) Basically I think this would be a pretty straight forward job - I have already installed WP on a server, bought the Theme I like and know the parts of the puzzle - the only thing missing is time and experience to put it all together which unfortunately I am missing on both.
