As the digital operations manager, you will be responsible for the overall health and performance of our website, mobile app, and other digital platforms and products. You will work closely with the product, engineering, and design teams to ensure that our digital products are well-designed, well-built, and well-maintained. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing our digital operations team, which includes web developers, QA specialists, and user experience researchers. Another tasks is managing digital products and teams, as well as a deep understanding of web development, user experience, and quality assurance. He or she will also be a strong leader with excellent communication and project management skills.
