Convert ''Scraping Text'' project from Windows Mobile to Windows

There is a project posted on Code Project at <[url removed, login to view]> which scrapes text on the screen. It says it should be easy to recompile this to run on regular Windows, with few minor modifications. The project is to do precisely this. Please review the project to make sure this is feasible before placing a bid. The expectation is that the resulting converted project will work. I would like this to compile in Visual Studio 2008 or Visual Studio 2010, and the resulting program run on Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 (both 32 bit and 64 bit).
