Auction Tracking Software

I need a windows 7 compatible software that imports a list of things for sale at auction, this is the basis of the application.? When I get to the auction as a bidder everyone is assigned a bidder number.? The auctioneer moves in numerical order and asks what bidder no 1 would like to purchase, then no 2 etc. The auctioneer allows the person to purchase 1 item to 20 items at a time depending on the sale.? I would like the application to track what item each bidder buys and remove the items from my list as they are purchased.? It should also keep a running tab of how much I have purchased.? I need this application finished by wednesday at 8:30pm eastern time.
