I have a musical composition of mine that is up at Facebook which was broadcast live by the Newcastle Conservatorium (Australia).
Technically it is not possible to download FB video in high resolution.
However, I have found a way to download the FB video in high resolution :)
Snagit for Windows, the latest version will allow someone with a fast computer to download an FB video at high resolution and a high FP of at least 20 fps.
To download successfully a person needs
1. Snagit, latest version. It is available as a demo. (There may be another screen grabbing programs that do the same thing).
2. A reasonably high resolution monitor 1920 X 1080. (The video will be downloaded at that resolution).
3. A fast internet connection.
Although I am able to download the video as high resolution, I only have ADSL, and as a result there is a lot of stuttering (skipping frames) in the playback. Not like the original at all :(

The full file download will come in at almost 1 gig in size, but may be smaller when edited before sending to me.
So my questions are to get us started.
QUESTIONS
Can you download the video in high resolution for me?
Do you have a fast Internet connection?
Are you able to upload the file somewhere so that I can download it at a later time?
It might be necessary for me to give you start and stop times so that we can concentrate on downloading the whole stream (approximately 1 gig), and also and another file, which is the relevant piece of my music which will result in the downloaded file being about 700 mgs. Snagit gives the option of pausing and resuming the download while the FB video is playing.
I want to upload the file/files to youtube, so the file resolution etc, must meet the youtube requirements. I also want to create file/files that can be burnt onto a DVD in Pal format for Australia.
I will will need you to be very knowledgeable with Adobe Premiere Pro CC, as I will need some assistance doing the editing.
There may be other software available that will enable you to download in high resolution. If so that is fine with me.

To demonstrate that you are able to meet my needs, could you please download say 1 minute of the video, not at the beginning but say half way through the performance where my composition starts, and provide me a download link so that I can check the quality of the download that you have done.
