CROWDFUND: Open Source Webmail with PGP Encryption

This project is to develop a working demo for a smaller budget so that it can be presented for Crowdfunding -- then when with the larger budget comes in, we can proceed with expanding the demo.

The project is to install Open Source Email Server for a Webmail Service that includes PGP Encryption.
