Rebuild Website / Learn Our System

The project is to rebuild this website using our proprietary web development tool, which you must learn how to use as part of the project. You will basically be creating a clone of the site that you see here.

If you have all of the skillsets mentioned below, it will take you about 40 hours to learn how to use the system to the point that you can build this website.

Once this is completed there will be many additional projects including additions and improvements to this site, and building other sites using our system.

In order to qualify, all of the following must be part of your skillset:

+ web design (we need to see your portfolio)

+ building websites with html tables

+ CSS

+ Microsoft Excel (you must have a copy of Excel 2003 or later)

+ PHP

+ You must be willing to work the majority of your time during the hours of 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time (e.g. New York City time), since this is when we will be available to assist you with questions.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Thanks for bidding on our project. There is an important aspect of our website framework system that should be pointed out to you.

The system is NOT a WYSIWYG system. The system involves building "Lego Blocks" of code using an excel spreadsheet.

If you feel comfortable developing websites without a WYSIWYG editor please send me a message to this effect. Otherwise I will assume that you are not interested.

As a next step, I plan to send a sample spreadsheet to all interested parties for you to quickly look at. This will help you determine if you would be comfortable using our system.
