CSS Real Estate Templates

I need 10 high quality real estate css/xhtml templates. Would like real estate related images included on the page. No installation required. The attached zip file has examples of css and the xhtml that I use. This is just the beginning I will need many more in the future so I want to develop a good relationship with one or more designers. Update: Most of the bids I have received show that I wasclear in my requirements in my original description. I would like 10 simple templates with real estate themes. I'd like the templates to be based on css/xhtml. I would like 5 of the templates with a top menu, 3 with left menu and 2 with a right menu. I would like to see samples of work.
