changes to flash web site

We need a flash developer (no design skills are necessary) to change existing Flash web site (web site has about 3 templates, we need you to slightly change one template to another).

Most of the work is done, and project will consist of the following:

1. moving things around

2. adding or removing links/images

3. changing one template to another

4. changing colour

Please let us know if you can dedicate a day (max 2 days to this project). Again, it doesn't require much and we can send you screen shots but before that, you must provide us with your hourly rate, what days would you be available this week, and your flash expertise (rate your actionscript from 1 to 10 and provide some URLs of your work).

Please note that you will also need to have general knowledge of XML, but no changes will be required (just working with existing XML files).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
