Essay writing contest online entry

A website for essay contest entry. User will be able to register, edit, and sent Essays for various subjects and prizes.

Utilize Paypal and the PayPal callback feature.

Allow for on-line submission of entry to be sent by email.

All displayed pages use header and footer banners.

The site will allow people to register, pay for, and submit an essay completely on-line. An essay can be saved and accessed using a username and password created during the registration or by clicking a link send to the users email. (Duplicate user names cannot be allowed) Users may be allowed to enter and access multiple essays.

There is also Admin features as outlined below. The attached flow chart outlines the requested features and database structures.

All coding needs to be done in ASP and Access. All site features must be functional upon completion and please allow a few days for testing before final payment is sent.

Essay Body must be able to accept all characters (ex “ , : etc) as well as retain formatting. Limit amount of easy space to about 700 words. (about 5000 characters)

I would consider other languages, but I am "old school" and I know how to edit ASP and Access. I would like to be able to make minor changes w/o having to learn a whole new coding language.

I do not envision this as having an extremely large number of records or files sizes as the final Easy will be sent via email. This should not exceed the limitations of the Access DB. I also do not see many people using concurrently so the speed limitation of ASP should not be a factor.

If the performance of the site needs to be enhanced at a later date, I'll have it coded into something more elaborate.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
