Customized IPCop Firewall

I am looking for a linux firewall expert to provide a customized version of the IPCop ([url removed, login to view]) system. What I need is a basic addition to what the firewall already does. If you look at Astaro, there's an option built into their software to add "Surf Protection" which basically is a URL-based filter for blocking unwanted websites. The winner bidder will be someone who has the expertise and knowledge to add identical functionality to IPCop. You should already have some experience with IPCop. The modified version needs to provide the following additional features: 1. Ability to specify an IP address of the OrangeBox Web server to connect to. (see [url removed, login to view]) 2. Ability to select from Cobion's 58 categories which sites will be blocked/allowed. 3. Custom whitelist/blacklist filters. 4. Ability to force "exclusive" filtering. This means that any URL *not* in Cobion's database will automatically be blocked. All of these features should be configurable through a config file.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
