Get My Javascript working!

I have a single .Net page that displays our User Acceptance Policy (AUP).

**How I want it to work:** This single AUP page will be set as our users "Home" via GPO. When this page loads the Javascript should first check for a cookie that identifies if the user has already accepted the policy, if not display the page. The user then adds their name to a text box and clicks accept, a cookie should then be created, the user name saves to a db and the page then re-directs to our intranet.

If the cookie exists then the user should be re-directed to our intranet.

I have created the single page and I have a large part of the Javascript written but cant get it to work. You may need to either alter this Javascript or completely re-write [url removed, login to view] database (one table, three fields) has been created and the records insert OK.

You will be supplied with the single page website inc. Javascript file and db script
