Wordpress Theme

I need a Wordpress theme that specific to Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) It needs to integrate an [url removed, login to view] form to receive names. My goal is to play YouTube videos and do some writing. Please make suggestions on what else you recommend that I include.

Many of you have asked many questions. I am new to this so please assist where you can. I like a wordpress template that I found a template monster and would be fine with you cloning the site with my revisions. The purpose of the site will be to sell advertising memberships to those retailers that sell Automated External Defibrillators AED's. I want to create content at the site that will beneift people looking to purchase AEDs. While they are looking at the content they will be able to click on a "where to buy" link. That link will take them to a page where there is a clickable map for the state they live in. The clickable map will allow them to get contact info for dealers in there area. The benefit to the dealer is that I want to optimize the site to gain a first page ranking in the search engines for specific keywords. I will also use PPC to drive traffic to site.
