Fix Joomla bugs on a website. Redo layout

## Deliverables

Ive attached an article of some changes I'd like to make but Im not sure how with the Joomla interface.

- Also while trying to verify my site in Google webmaster tools, I get a message:"We've detected that your 404 (file not found) error page returns a status of 200 (Success) in the header." Ive already uploaded the html file as requested by Google so Im not sure whats wrong.

- Within the Joomla interface, I can't see the pop ups when I try to edit links, html etc.

- Contact Us and SiteMap should be individual pages but aren't working and are being redirected to home page. Remove both pages.
