Dot Net Nuke - Installation Steps

I am short on time for a proposal I need to present late next week.? Part of that proposal will include the installation (and later customization) of a Dot Net Nuke portal site.

I know the details are all available on the web, and I could figure it out on my own if I had time, but I figured this might help me cut to the chase.

PROJECT:? Step-by-step instructions to install DNN on a Windows Server 2008, using the latest full source download of DNN and Visual Studio 2008 Professional.

Steps:

3 - Open solution file in VS2008

4 - ?

5 - ?

etc...

Take me from download of source version to deployment in IIS7.? Nothing fancy.? No customization required.? Just the regular DNN base portal.
