Installing DigiChat on Linux Server

I have a DigiChat server Licnse , but i can't get it installed normaly because i have no experiance with Linux .

DigiChat server is installed now , but not working well because tow problems :

1 - installed by root user , so must login as root to run it .

2 - when i run it via SSH i must keep SSH connected to my local PC to keep DigiChat server running other ways will be down at same moment of disconnecting SSH !.

I want it to be installed in good case and working well without above tow problems .

Coder must install any requirment like Java or what ever .

## Deliverables

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
