DIV Coding

I have a div used as a banner ad that functions pretty much as I want it to, but the design needs to be cleaned up.

The div is shown(that is, it is popped-up) ? by either a text link or an image link (Affiliate's choice).?

The image for the image link is the translation of "Earn $5,000 USD".? In my demo it is just the image, but it should look like a button.? I have used Russian as my demo because it seems to be the longest of the translations.

The text for the text link is in English, but the user (Affiliate) can put whatever she wants,? using whatever language she wants.? I am providing only the English to avoid font problems.?

The div? is closed by a button on in the upper right of the div.

Also on the div is a button to send the user to [www.Refer-Now(dot)com][1].? This nav button is an image link, where the image? is the translation of? "Click Here To Learn More"

The div's contents? include a map graphic and a graphic image of translated text.? Again, I have used Russian because it seems the longest.

The div should center in the window when popped up.

In summary:

I have the map graphic and all translations.

I need to make images of each translation to create a banner for each of the languages, similar to the Russian demo.

I also need to get enough instruction that I could create another banner myself? later, if I need to add another language.

The attached file contains a crude HTML page that demos the function of the banner. The code needs to be checked? and verified for cross-browser operation, and it could probably be improved, but it does work(even though the close button and the nav button are just temporary links to demo the operation).

Now, I need the banner to look pretty. The size should be apx 500px wide, and the appropriate height.
