J2EE coder needed(repost)

Seeking J2EE Framework specialist, with signigicant experience with JBOSS Server and services. We are developing a multi-threaded java program, that will self-contain all required business logic to support high-volume messaging (XML) transactional activity. We are seeking someone that can integrate our code into the J2EE framework via JBOSS. The key purpose of this integration will be to setup the following basic key J2EE services for our application:

**Web Services - Our mult-threaded application must service inbound web message requests as a web service server, and seperately submit web service requests as a client.

**Queueing - In-bound messages are immediately placed on a queue where they await for processing by our java process/application.

**Hibernate (DB Abstraction/Caching) - Our java application will retrieve data from our mysql database frequently. Hibernate's caching will help optimize our system's performance for database queries.

**Security - We need to establish a secure communication between a Java client and our Java application (they communicate via web service). We need to agree on best approach to secure this point to point communication.

Once the above items are complete, we would like to discuss extending the project scope to include additional J2EE services, while not critical for the current scope, it's great if the candidate has experience in the following, as well:

**Clustering/Failover - Once system supports the mandatory services above, we would like to discuss enabling/configuring cluster support in JBOSS for our java program.

**Content Based message routing based on SOA (JEMS/ESB/JPM) - We would like to establish a seperate JBOSS server to handle our message routing/and load balancing requirements for messages delivered from the above program. This server would also maintain a queue for temporary message storage.

Ideal candidate can start immediately, capable of communicating with Engineer in Bangalore, and is interested in a long-term relationship as there will be future work required.
