Link Builder

We are needing linking campaigns for 2 websites. We are looking to establish a long term relationship with someone who's work we'll be happy with. So please bid for this job keeping in mind future potential exists.

We are needing a link building campaign for each of 2 sites.

We are looking for 100 RELATED inbound links to these 2 sites. Sites linking to us should be indexed (and cached) by Google, have less than 25 outgoing links and come from a PR4 or better.

Links from link farms, blogs, spam sites, message boards, FFAs, adult, irrelevant sites, not permitted.

I only want sites that are legitimate and RELATED to my overall theme.

I will need the following

1. url my link is on / main site url

2. how/where you will getting the links

3. how long it will take to get the links

4. assurance that the links will remain for at least 3 months or replaced without charge

5. link exchange contact email address

In addition, for each site I will want up to 100 reciprocal links from at least pr3 sites.

I am somewhat new to the industry, but know the linking pricing market well and will take the best bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
