6 Professional web templates

We need 6 different professional templates for web site - something similar to [url removed, login to view] . Categories: Business /general/ - 3, computers, web hosting and portal. These templates you design needs to become our sole property with all rights for selling so must be signed stating that you are the owner of ALL the content. Required files: HTML, PSD, & JPG/GIF images, Flash Files (if there is any but Flash is not required), CSS, DWT All templates need to be easy enough to modify (insert texts and images). If there are layers it needs to be clearly named so that the assembly work becomes easy. The templates have to be original and need to be compatible with Internet Explorer and Netscape 4.0+ Browsers. I need to see sample(s) of work(s) that you have done. I give good ratings and call for private biding for new project/templates (as we need more) as long as I am satisfied with the work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
