Dope Wars Clone - Text Based Game

I would like to have a text based game patterned after Dope Wars, but with a college theme. The user selects a Fraternity or Sorority to join and is presented with options of where to go on campus. Each location results in series of decisions that the player needs to make, the result of the decisions either adds or subtracts from the overall score. The player will also have a cash balance that will be affected by the decisions made. We will provide decision trees and game rules but will work with the developer to make the game fun and interactive.

This game is scoped to be played and downloaded from a website.

Website - Flash development (10 day trial period)

I'll be providing static graphics, rules, and decision trees for the logic.

The developer will also need to provide a tool and method for registration of the flash game after the 10 day trial period has expired.

Bids should be to develop the text based game in Flash.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
