Website in Oracle HTML DB

Developing a website with payment services in the Oracle HTML DB environment. We want to re-develop a conventionally built HTML based Website into the Oracle HTML DB platform. It is necessary to use this platform. **The website:** In the first step we only want to have the functionality of the existing website. Look at WWW.HTMLDB.COM. This site has to be copied into the HTML DB environment. Including full usage of CSS style sheets. **Payment services:** The customer has the possibility to choose one of the offered services. Then he can choose some extra facilities like backup's, reporting functions and so on. After making his choises he can see what he has to pay. In the next step he has to fill in the order form with his name and address and so on... Then the Payment service of TripeDeal is called. He makes his choise in the TripeDeal environmnet how to pay, visa, bank and so on. After paying the money the Website has to verify that the money is paid. Then the person gets an Email with a bill. All the information has to be logged in the existing database. At this moment it is not neccessary to handle next processes. **Email functionality:** For a visitor it must be possible to sign up for the monthly newsletter. The newsletter can be a PDF document outside the HTML DB environment or a hardcoded piece of HTML code. There must be an easy way to unsubscribe for the newsletter. In a link on the newsletter an in a menu on the website.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The Web-application needs to be developed on the fully web-enabled, ready to go, HTML DB application development environment from Oracle.
