Socket programming

I need a program which send and recieves data via 2 socket connection, TCP/IP and UDP. Data has to be send and recieved in the two sockets simultenously. i.e UDP need to send send/recieve data in text format namely username, password to server and once a valid response comes from the server, the TCP will send/recieve a stream of voice data. The connection would be made through dialup and use a http connection to a remote server. I need this mainly for the 9210 device

Symbian OS 6.0, VC++ 6.0, using nokia 92xx series SDK.
