HI,
I need an e-commerce website, I have attached my specific requirements. The coder should develop this using open source CMS and with available templates.
Before starting core work, the coder must provide the information that which CMS he is selecting and why, and in case buyer zeros on different CMS than coder, then coder must accept the buyer's choice. And also he must provide the links for available free templates for buyers perusal, and must use the template only after approval from buyer.
