MSCRM Integration Tasks(repost)

We would like to integrate two separate applications into MSCRM:

1) We use CardioRisk profiling software with our clients to determine the risk of heart attack and stroke. This software is written in visual basic and operates as macros within Excel. We would like you to convert it to a web-based application that will integrate with CRM and our MSSQL database.

We will forward the current program to the successful bidder and be happy to answer any specific questions you may have.

2) We currently use MYOB for our invoicing / banking & debtors management. We are moving towards CRM for managing all client data but CRM does not provide accounting functions that we currently have in MYOB. Therefore we would like someone to help us overcome this gap by integrating MYOB with CRM. We'd like this integration to be bi-directional.

If this project is something you would like to work on with us, we would be very happy to discuss things further either via telephone or skype - whichever suits you.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
