Improve Worldpay results page

My goal is to gain a Worldpay Results page that gives me more flexibility. The flexibility I'm seeking is to provide customers with tailored information according to which product they have bought. I would also like to send customers to separate landing pages, again determined by the product they have bought. This will improve customers' satisfaction by giving them a tailored service. I also want to implement A/B testing (something else you might be able to help me do), to improve our conversion rate.
In short, I need to amend my Worldpay results page so that it displays information tailored to the product the customer has bought. We have 18 products, so this isn't a complex sale.
Later, I'd like to be able to sell add-on products, and generally get more flexibility in what we do. however, this is something for later.
This is possibly hampered by our cart which was tailor made back in 2000. Ultimately, we might move to something more sophisticated, though I'm averse to a web-based or annual-fee based solution.
We'll probably need some discussion prior to agreeing a solution. And I'm happy to pay for that prior to any coding.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
