Flash/3D site + animation

An new Eventmarketing company is looking for a programmer to set up an advanced Flash site plus 4-5 animations. IDEA: - Starting page: Setup mpg-video as the intro page (is already produced). (Transform mpg to flash or better idea?) - Main page: start with a big box in the center of the screen with our logo show on it. When you click the box all the links will jump out from the box one by one (animation). Each link is an old man that sits on a big jumpers-ball (the man is already shot in still). When you hold the mouse on top of the man (= the link), the link name appears underneath. When you click the link, the man throws a ball on the screen (like a snowball) (animation). The ball makes a big splash on the screen where the info will be (animation). One main page with 4-5 links/pages. Each link is different as he will throw the ball in a different way for the splash on the screen. Animations: Animate the box with the old man jumping out. Animate the throw and the splash on the screen.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
