Animated cartoon, approx one minute with Puppy voice background music Puppy character, already designed Opening scene shows roadway from bridge over water, to entrance way of a school, drop- off area driveway turn around with lawn-grass centre and active water fountain splashing into small catch pool Camcorder kids are poised to capture Puppy grand entrance camera left and camera right on grassy entrance and helicam from hovering helicopter. Scene from helicopter shows backview, school house with fluttering flag, cameraman on school rooftop , children and teachers fill stairway, waiting Puppy arrival. Welcome-banner and school name on building... Puppy appears running in leaps and bounds from bridge on roadway runs and jumps up on one camerakid wagging happy tail with happy licks to face of cam-kid while other camera catches action then cam-kid recovers and turns camera to catch action as Puppy bounds through wet pool, over to second cam-kid shakes wet all over cam-kid and jumps and licks cam-kid’s face too before turning to cheering and laughing schoolchildren. Helicam shows full scene as puppy begins to speak..Close up of Puppy delivering his message...Puppy says hi, hello and introduces himself by name , says a brief mission statement and reads a poem. At end of poem reading, camera wideshot. Ghostly shadows of soldiers, throw torch toward youngsters as poem concludes. PP bounds off after torch. and jumpswith open mouth to grab torch as children, with all hands in unison, eagerly reach for torch hovering through the air in slow motion Camera zooms back to global wideshot as kids and puppy catch torch. Entire scene then becomes a small part of greater image representing a familiar Icon as camera continues global zoom out revealing full image ICON . ....end of story
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
