backlink tracking of search results

Hi,

I'm looking for someon to develop a system very similar to this one:

Basically what is does is:

1) We put in a number of links (30 to 50).

2) Everyday the application looks how many backlinks the urls have

3) And their position in google for a specific keyword

Addition I would like to see is:

A) Create/ select a new client (just the name)

B) Within a client: define this ranking for several keywords.

Platform should be php/mysql. Look and feel can be standard html, no formatting needed.

Need much more development done in future. Looking for a reliable partner with fast programming skills
