Toolbar Creator The software will allow end user the ability to design a custom made Internet Explorer Toolbar. User will be able to view each step by way of a WYSIWYG editor to create unlimited number of toolbars. It will include the following features: · Custom logo, picture or text · Search adding multiple search engines [url removed, login to view],Google, etc. or own search system · Auto-Update system · Additional buttons in addition to the search button · Button options to include images, mouse- rollover, text, popup, etc. · Logo and Search button menu · Button captions · Popup blocker, cookie cleaner and translation buttons · Ad button to display banners by time or click · Address bar search · URL response popup feature · Affiliate ID URL link · URL link from your custom logo · User, password login · Registration key system Toolbar must be compatible with Windows (win95 and up) and IE browsers (5.0 or later) and not modify other browser settings. Please indicate support and/or upgrade follow up you are prepared to offer. Full documentation, all rights and ownership, source code and help files are required. Please indicate similar work you have done with examples.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
