I nede a firm woith several coders that will use a project amangement tool like dot project. I would need to see each task setup and time associated with its completion and the ability for our company to comment on the coding that is performed. I have recorded a 40-50 minute overview of the projects and point and detailing we kind coding we need performed.

1. existing old sites should be migrated table to css layout with div or iframe,

2. php code should be object oriented using atleast php4 or php5, a clean separation of presentation logic, db access logic and business logics

3. apply AJAX as much as possible to tab based interface and meny driven interface

4. backend database should be fully normalize

5. images are sliced for optimization

6. SEO friendly site design

If you do not have feedback do not bother to bid unless you can show us that your fiem is capable of programming this complex task

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
