Take a look at this image: [login to view URL] This is a picture of an archery target. I drew in the black lines to put it into different sections for the purposes of this project. Your goal is to scan the image using a "computer vision" library from the link below, and identify the "grid" of this image. Then you re-create a black and white grid like so: [login to view URL] I want to use your code so I can identify unique sections in the grid and assign different values to them, so I could have something like this (conceptually, not literally): [login to view URL] The end goal is to scan the grid to find objects that come in contact with the grid, so in the image below, using your code, I'd be able to identify that the first intersection between the red lightning bolt and the grid falls in section four, assuming you are scanning from bottom to top. [login to view URL] This is why we make the grid black and white, so we are able to determine foreign objects (assuming they are neither black nor white). Please provide examples on how you are experienced with image processing and are therefore capable of completing this project. Use an open source image vision library from below. If you have a different recommendation, I am open to that: [login to view URL] Or use Intel's: [login to view URL] The important thing is the library must be open source. Thanks

Hi Bidders, Thank you for taking the time to bid on this project. Unfortunately it's been delayed, and it will be October before I can choose a winner. Bye for now
## Platform
Please use C or C++ or Java. Portable code would be nice, but if it only runs on Linux, then that's ok.
