Website plugin

I have downloaded real estate housing data that is downloaded daily to a MySQL database on server1 (Linux server). I need a plugin that I can add to websites on other servers-could be Window or Linux based- that will search the data and return the results.

There needs to be an Admin section on secondary servers that allows the various Admins to Add/Remove Search fields, manipulate the style of the fonts (size, color, font type), and manipulate the style of the results page (change what fields are returned, how they are ordered, where the image is located in relation to the text). The admin section will allow the various Administrators to change the email address that the users can send emails to when clicking on a "Get more information" link.

There needs to be 5 predefined styles for the users to choose from, plus the ability to customize the look.

This plugin will be placed on multiple websites for different administrators to have. All sites will be accessing the same data though.

The plugin will either be framed in a page, or added to a template, so the coder does not need to create a page template (only the search/results formatting).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Needs to be able to run in IE 4+, Netscape

Plugin needs to be able to be put into HTML pages, PHP pages, ASP pages.

Data is coming from MySql 4.3.3
