Text-to-speech online live dynamic flash encoding

I need an IIS ASP component that do the following:

-A user sumbit a text in a webpage and the component do:

--transform the text to a speech audio file (using component form loquendo or other at your choice)

--encode it in mp3

--and finally transform it in a flash streaming audio file with the goal to put this SWF on a dedicated page.

In a second time i'll need to add some features as the dynamic creation of a directory containing the file and write to a database all fields to dynamic add the audio flash result to a e page.

I need you to communicate via icq or msn messenger

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
