3D Sphere Customization Project

We would like to search the Internet through a 3D Sphere.

that needs to have the capability of searching and sorting files via local folders, index file and/or the internet by type and hierarchy.?

We? would like to have a sphere that is 5 images tall and 8 images around for a total of 40.? I would like to be able to enter a search and populate it with the top 40 results and scroll over to the next 40 and so on.? I would like to add another search tag and have a more defined search which would repopulate the sphere.? Finally, with a doubleclick, I would like to pull up a image of a linked site.? ? ?

We need a resource that has these skills:

We are looking for a programmer that has at least 5 yrs experience. But primarily in search engine programming anything that runs in PHP or ASP (C+,

VBScript, ect ect are all languages that run inside PHP or ASP), some one who programs in pulling content from all sorts, and getting it to spit out the results in an XML list. Then we are also looking for an actionscript programmer, one who can rip into the papervison scripting and can add a search field that can trigger the PHP or ASP that your first programmer has written. Then can pull from the XML file after the search has completed.

Programming has a wide range.

The project has to be completed in a five day window and will start immediately.? Possibly files are being requested from a SQL Server database or local folders.

It would be great, but not a requirement, if the sphere would be capable of being connected to an API set at a later date.? If project is done well, the next stage could be allocated to the chosen bid.
