ASP and SQL Queries needed

I have an application that records miles and modes of transportation. with the following Database table called Activity in MS SQL

Here is the table properties and fields

There is a second table called Options with the following records below. The Option field is what is recorded in the Options Field in the Activity Table:

What I need to be able to do is show the individual user (the UserID) how they rank with other users.

Most miles biked

Most miles walked

Most miles Bused

Most miles carpooling

Most Miles worked from Home

Most Miles with Combined trips

Most miles not driven (total of all modes used above)

I need to be able to give a rank to the individual user of how their activities (from the Activities table) rank with the other users.

The trick here is that we have to rank everyone by their UserID to give us the ranking then tell the user based on their activities how they rank with everyone else in each Option. They would get a rank (a placement number from 1 to the total number of UserIDs for each. The last one being the ranking of the total combined miles.

## Deliverables

I develop in ASP so I would need the SQL and the appropriate ASP call to get the data to display (AKA [url removed, login to view] XXXX)

Please don't ask me if I want to do it in ASP.NET the application is already done and I am only adding to it.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
