initial page and themes for a social network

hi ...i have social network wich needs some customization

-i need to transform 30 pictures in 30 themes for my social network and make it work

-i want be able to upload many other pictures on the server ...well the members of my social network should be allowed to choose and change whenever they want a theme and a background picture for they own profile on my social network(just like on other social networks like hi5 or tagged)

-i want to have an initial page for my social [url removed, login to view] this initial page it will be a picture, the sign in/sign up form and a countdown timer. So, when somebody will find my social network on the net (member or not) is gonna see that initial page. That person will sign in or sign up and after that it will gonna pass to the home page of the site.

-i also need a logo (i just made one that i'm gonna give you to work on it a little bit more)
