Building a Scraper from a Sports Website -- 2

I want to create an Excel spreadsheet that scrapes records daily from a sports website, [login to view URL] from a page like:

I am including some fairly detailed specific instruction in this google link:

Let me know if 1)you foresee any issues with this project, 2) indicate the closest project you've done to this so I can see or hear about similar work, 3) are you excellent with Excel, and 4) if you answer the 3 questions at the bottom of the google doc you will be preferred. While asking you to read and understand the google doc at this point may be too much investment for the bid phase, anyone doing so and demonstrating a good grasp of it, and/or answering the questions there correctly will be at a big advantage.
