WORKING SQUEEZE PAGE

I have a banner, squeeze page and all the design work done.

I need to make it functionable. The person who designed it was only

able to do the design work. He did not have coding experience.

This needs to be done:

1- make me a workable squeeze page using the completed template that I send to you.

2- The sign up box needs to be integrated with my aweber account

3- Some minor changes might need to be made to the squeeze page

4- I will need an ebook cover made or you will need to use the one I ave and add it to the squeeze page.

5- This needs to be a fully functioning squeeze page - with minor design work.

I have already purchased the domain name with godaddy and I use hostgator.
