Need Custom Wordpress Theme

I need my site, [url removed, login to view], redone with a custom wordpress theme.
I have attached a drawing of the basic layout that we want.
We want the coloring, look and feel of [url removed, login to view] EXCEPT that I want a dark site background on the sides of the pages.
I want the text color in the header and footer to match the text coloring in the header and footer of [url removed, login to view] (this is also my site, by the way)
In the header, right under the logo, we want a box of gallery images that scroll, similar to the one on the home page of adamreeder.com. Next to those scrolling images, we want scrolling (or fade in fade out) testimonials that are about 10-25 words each.
I want the option to choose which pages will show up at the very top header navigation (and what order).
Then, I would like to have the option to choose which posts will show up in the footer. If the footer option is too costly, Im ok with adding the links to posts manually, myself.
Just above the footer (on the home page only) I will want a section of text that I can add, thats centered and slightly darker than the footer text.
In the center content of the home page, I want centered rows of product thumbnails, with titles and 1-2 sentence descriptions. Those thumbnails or rows will link to our product pages. Those product pages are already created. The product pages will have the header and footer items.
On the opposite side of the logo, I would like our shopping cart button, which I can provide.
This is for theme design and functionality. I already have all the shopping cart links and can customize the pages myself.
The gallery page's center content will be structured about the same but needs to be cleaned up a little to look sharper and more professional.
