I am looking for a dedicated customer support person who is good with emails and also has some experience in this field.
Your job will be to check emails daily and answer customer queries directly.
Best if you have your own templates for customer queries. Please send them to me with your application!
You need to:
- Have experience with Shopify (Checking Tracking Numbers / Orders / Editing Orders)
- Have experience with Gmail
- Know how to handle requests and work in a team
- Be able to work on demand
