MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS WITH MINIMAL ACCENT
Require an individual to take 1-10 support calls or email per day. With this position you may do other freelance work as long as when a call comes in you answer it and support the user with there issue. Usual issues are fixing items like outlook, word, excel, internet explorer not working, trouble with email or document management system. Intermediate support skills required.
This contract has the potential to be recurred, but initial trial period of 2 months will be imitated.
Process is as follows:
1. You will login at 9am EST time.
2. You will login to the online system to see if any open tickets that need your attention.
3. You can work on any item you like, but when a call comes in you will update the system with the issue, create a ticket and resolve the issue. If issue is too complex you will update ticket and call operations supervisor to reassign to level 2 tech support.
4. If an email comes in you will also be required to work on that, Same process applies.
5. At 5pm EST you will logout of the systems.
You are required to work from 9am to 5pm EST Monday to Friday.
When placing bid please provide MONTHLY amount you wish to receive.
