I’m a luthier for electric guitars. I deal with their upgrade, servicing and guitar amps. I recently started a project where I want to make a footswitch pedal to change the channel at an amplifier. For that, I bought one Arduino uno development kit to make that pedal. The amplifier is a Nux Mighty 30X. The pedal didn’t come with the amplifier but it has an input for a 6.3 jack. I tried using a regular two-channel pedal to change channels (presets). It worked but I had to interrupt the circuit twice to switch to another channel. I made a circuit with 4 LEDs and 4 momentery (SPST) switches and one female 6.3 jack through which the pedal will be connected to the amplifier. I made this circuite on a breadboard but later I will make it on a THT PCB. My problem is that I can't program the code that will change the channel on the amplifier and at the same time turn on the LED for the dedicated channel. The amplifier has four channels and the starting channel is on A and then alphabetically to D. Below are pictures of the circuit and video on how the circuite should work. I connected the wires to the digital outputs on the arduino uno and the female 6.3 jack to GND and the hot wire to A0. NOTE : The red wire on the 6.3 jack doesn`t send nor can take any voltage signal. It is there only to make a connection with the ground wire as it is shown on the video. If there is any ambiguity or you need more information about the project, feel free to contact me to talk and agree on further.

I love your project and wish to help. I'm an expert with everything Arduino. I would want to see the arduino code to start with. The wiring of the amplifier channel connection is unclear to me also.
Hi! I recently have done a very similar project to yours. I developed a device with some buttons and LEDs to show status of controller. Check my portfolio and message me to clarify the details.
Hi! I love your project! I'm a mechanical engineer and a spent my free time playng guitar. Therefore I think that I can help you.
