Require native english speaker to review written report

I need a VERY GOOD english speaker at approximately 2pm-3pm (Australian time) to have a read over a 1.5-2 pages business report of mine. I require the written piece back by 4:30pm (Australian time).
I wrote this report myself however I just need a 2nd person to double check it as I'm due to provide this report.
- This is a condensed report with information (paragraphs and list points) separated in to sections.
- I would require chosen writer to re-read over what I have wrote and make changes to it if required. This includes making sentences flow if required, restructure any repeated information and basic grammer mistakes.
- Alll changes should sound professional, well written however simple and not overly technically written.
- Writer does not require to make drastic changes to the report structure and make sure all sections stays within the same consistent order.
- Writer must adhere to a specific word limit (1.5-2pages) and no more.
It would be beneficial if writer actually have business plan/report writing experiences
