ICF Pool 1540 Pheasant Lane

I am building an Insulated concrete pool...Similar to a foundation. I would like to swap out the steel reinforcement with Owens Pinkbar and their bent bar line. The pool has been preengineered by the ICF company.

I would like to swap things out 1:1, but need some engineering to support that.

Within the project there is a retaining wall as well and a frost wall to protect the footings
