I am trying to develop a plug-In within a BIM environment (Revit). the proposed plug-in proposed to work as a guide for decision maker (designer) to design buildings with accordance to Sustainable Universal (SU) strategies. Sustainable design refers to all aspects of building components that have an impact on the environment (e.g. inventory flows of specific type of material). These type of flow, such as methane, carbon, or any type of chemical will have a direct impact which categorized as global warming, waste, indoor air quality and so on. On the other hand, universal design refers to all aspects effecting on spatial dimension belong to an occupant's living area (e.g. bathroom, living room, kitchen, etc). In order to develop such plug-in a proposed model components was developed which contains of six module. Each of a six module were identified; accordingly, a data flow between the modules were identified as well. further, all expecting algorithms were defined. In short I am expecting to deal with a programer that have a potential and enough knowledge to deal with BIM concepts in order to integrates the proposed model within BIM.

#Scope of work: further details will be provided abon initial agreement.

#Time: the time expected to accomplish this project is 1month and a half ( approximately May 1st, 2017) from the date of this message.

# Cost: I am expecting to pay maximum of 2500 CD$.
