I am an older retired Australian whom likes camping and fishing but sometimes want to stay home whilst my children(grown up) or grandchildren want to go camping and fishing.
I use the camper mounted carrier with existing gas struts and 12VDC actuators which I have added to carry my boat and load unload as and when required.
My children and grandchildren want to go camping fishing sometimes when I am unable. The current system being manual make me concerned that one of my younger generations may get impatient when loading or unloading boat so I wish to automate system to reduce the chance of injury when I am not there.
To this end I have ordered 4 new rams with hall effect built in to allow control to be programmed and the system automated
The Loader has gas struts to prevent excessive loads but I believe that's about all unless you notice something specific
