Integration of email asp app

Controlled envoironment IIS4 IE5 + win2K and office2000. I need an asp app that will submit a form to sql and include an email + attachments from the users outlook, I can then store the package (email body and attachments) either as a doc or in a blob field in SQL, this package then needs to be retreived and displayed.

So far I can get a html page to display the messages from outlook using vbscript, and save the selected message to disk, then I can use the asp page to transfer the message and attachments to the server using softartisans fileupload. But how do I display the message when a user retreives it.

What I need is a proof of concept not a delivered app, I'm prepared to pay $500 to someone that can show me how this can be done or can suggest a better way of doing it.

Basically the system will allow a sales person to submit a order request form (asp page) including the original sales order which comes in via email or fax to desk as an email attachment. This is then queued and a sales order entry person can select the order and view the email to see the full details before entering the order into the order managment system.

I am using SQL server as the backend DB.
