A Twitterbot which takes a list a twitter-handles (recievers of twitter message, here "addresses"). The Twitterbot should be able to handle a text message + media files (photos and short videos). The addresses of the composed tweets should occupy as few rows as possible but no rearrangement optimization of addresses is necessary.

I want to hire a PHP programmer that knows PHP and Twitter API, oAuth. I need the automatic retweet bot written in PHP and that is working with Twitter oAuth security. If its neccessary, you should also use mySQL. So, for example, when someone tweet something with #twitterbot hashtag, the bot should automaticaly find this tweet (because of preseted hashtag) and retweet it in a structure "RT @User: Text". ‘Twitterbot’ is a simple Wordpress plugin that is used for when you put a new post up on your blog, it submits it to your Twitter account automatically and it links back to your post, with a tinyurl link, as you can see in the .php file.
